Cancellation Policy

Newborn Photography Session Policy Booking & Deposits A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your newborn session. The deposit reserves a spot for the month, not a specific date. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. Session Scheduling Newborn sessions are flexible within the month. Once you have reserved a session, I will contact you to arrange the exact date and time. Sessions are typically 90 minutes to allow for feeding, settling, and cuddles. Payment Remaining balance (£200) is due 7 days before. Payments can be made in cash, card, or online transfer. Cancellation & Rescheduling The £50 deposit is non-refundable but we can always find an alternative date for you. Sessions are baby-led, calm, and natural. Minimal props and neutral styling are used to focus on your newborn. Parents and siblings are welcome to join photos. Safety Your baby’s safety and comfort are my top priority. All posing is gentle and supported, and I follow strict newborn safety guidelines. Image Delivery Each session includes 10 edited images. Option to upgrade to the full gallery for £50. Images are delivered digitally via a private gallery. Photography Rights I retain the copyright to all images. Clients may print and share images for personal use only. I may use images for my portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
